We train using positive reinforcement.
Initially our trainers visit your home for private sessions which last at least 1 hour. A custom training plan will be created for your individual dog.
Our trainers are qualified, fully insured and experienced in working with a wide variety of breeds. Offering one-to-one training sessions across much of Cork, as well as virtually.

One-to-one training is not suitable for dog’s displaying fearful, frustrated, aggressive, anxious or destructive behaviours.
Our behaviour consultant is certified through the International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants (IAABC).
Consultations usually take place in your home and are at least 1 hour long. The process involves a thorough functional analysis of your dog’s behaviour as well as their environment to identify what may be contributing to their behaviours.
If deemed appropriate, with your consent, our consultant may make referrals to veterinary professionals.

In some instances we may recommend virtual consultations depending on the target behaviours being addressed.

Our class sizes are small with at least 1 certified dog trainer for every group and are hosted at our training venues in Douglas and Curraheen.
All our beginners start with a Bronze class before progressing to Silver and finally Gold.

Our puppy classes are for dogs under 5 months of age at the time of their first lesson. If your dog is older than this then they can attend our adolescent or obedience classes instead.
Group classes are not suitable for puppies or dogs with behavioural needs that, in our reasonable opinion, may compromise safety, welfare, or effective participation in a group environment, unless we’ve assessed your dog prior to class and have provided our written approval for them to attend.
