TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Postponing, Cancellation & No Show Policy
Due to limited availability on our calendar, travel schedule and many other factors, we request that you give at least 48 hours notice to cancel a scheduled appointment of a booked session. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot, should you not be able to attend the booking. You may cancel your appointment by phone or email.
Your appointment is very important to us. However, we understand there are unexpected situations that may conflict with our appointment time. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before our appointment time will be considered a no-show and will result in your forfeiting payment for the booking. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time due to unforeseen situations that may be due to a medical, travel, or personal situation
Refund Policy
When you sign up for this appointment, you are holding a spot on our calendar to provide the best service possible to you. We hope you will take advantage of our time together, but if you do not, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. We will work with you to the best of our ability to accommodate schedules to ensure you get the most out of this program. To encourage commitment to training, refunds are not offered.
Refunds are not available once a session or, in the case of a package, once the first session has commenced. In the case of a cancellation made at too short notice (less than 48-hours’ notice) refunds are also not applicable.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your dog passes away, previously unused, paid training sessions will graciously be refunded.
Where a refund is requested and approved, we will process your refund within 10 working days and via the same payment method money was received.

Canine Connect strongly recommends that all animals should receive the benefit of solid protective immunity from life-threatening infectious diseases that is conferred by vaccination using licensed veterinary products.
